As our first issue of The Becoming gets ever closer to being sent to the printer, it now seems to be the appropriate time to announce that we will be offering a #0 issue for the series.
However, there is a catch to obtaining what will certainly become a holy grail for fans of this series — you can’t buy it directly. Instead it will be given away as a thank you to those who show support for our books above and beyond. Now, exactly how will one get a copy you may ask? Well, that’ something that is going to have to wait for a future post.
As to the “why” of it? Quite frankly, we feel that #0 issues have lost their luster a bit over the years. We want to take the concept back to it being something truly special and collectible for the fans. We want it to be an event in and of itself. In short, we want it to be something that truly matters.
Now, while we’re keeping a majority of the details close to the vest, we’ve included a developmental mock-up of the cover as a first look of whats to come.
Trust us when we say this one is going to be worth it.
